• MMS Maids will provide cleaning staff to clean the customer’s home.
• MMS Maids request that any item that is of sentimental value, fragile or breakable is removed or secured on the day of the clean.
• MMS Maids guarantee our work and will re-visit to re-clean areas not to satisfaction provided such areas are notified to MMS Maids within 12 hours of the clean.
• Where such notification is received if this is made to the office on a Friday afternoon the Re-clean will be undertaken on the following working day or Friday.
• A client not allowed to give any gift or any compliment without informing MMS management.
MMS MAIDS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE SERVICE
• All prices quoted by phone, letter or email are subject to our terms and conditions.
• MMS Maids reserves the right to amend any quotation should requirements change or due to any missing or incorrect information provided.
• MMS Maids staff will follow a work schedule. If any alterations or additional work is required we ask that this is notified to the office at least one working day before for the clean. Any such changes could alter the fee.
• Should the MMS Maids arrive at the property and be unable to enter or we are delayed in anyway by the client/ client’s contractors, this would result in additional charges.
• Payment should be in advance.
• Delay payment can terminate the contract immediately by MMS.
• Payment can be made by cheque in favors of “Modern maid cleaning services” or cash which we request on the day of the clean unless alternative arrangements have been made.
• A client cancels or skips a regular scheduled (on the same day) clean without the notice required the full Payment for the day.
• In case client want to cancel the one of regular scheduled day have to inform within 24 hours before free of charge and same day inform will be 50% of the day charges.
• MMS maid has to be always with the baby.
• In case of illness or other problems to the baby the maid should inform to the Client & MMS management.
• Client should always let the Maid to stay with the baby and the time not allowed to do any other cleaning works.
• Client have to give a proper schedule about baby works.
• Any medication for the baby has to mention the schedule as well.
• MMS maid should not allowed to leave the place without hand over the baby to the client.
CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
• The client is responsible for reporting any incident, breakage, damage and loss within 12 hours of completion of the service. Failure to do so will nullify any claim.
• The client is responsible for securing – cash, jewellery and any other items of value.
• MMS Maids pays staff well and has a zero tolerance policy in terms of theft and dishonesty.
• No responsibility or liability is however accepted for any of the above.
• A client may inspect the bag of a MMS, on arrival and on leaving or keep same in a safe place.
• Lost keys, if lost by a MMS representative will be limited in terms of liability by MMS to the actual cost of the lost key.
